What are the reception hours?

The front desk is open every day, 24 hours a day.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, all our rooms are air conditioned to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. On request, we can also provide you with a fan. Do not hesitate to contact our reception for any additional information.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Yes, small pets are allowed on request only (not bookable online), at no extra charge. A welcome kit in the room is provided (cushion and bowls). Pets are allowed in rooms and in common areas, except for the fitness area and relaxation area.
Maximum authorized weight: 15 kg.

Are the rooms cleaned during the stay?

Your room is cleaned between 8:30 and 16:30. If you want the service at a more specific time, please let us know.

What are the accepted methods of payment?

You can pay with a Visa, AMEX, Maestro, Mastercard or cash.

Can I smoke/vape in the hotel?

Smoking inside Lepoussin Hotel is strictly forbidden. This ban is valid in the room and in all areas of the hotel, including the windows. A penalty of €350 will be charged if this ban is not respected.

Can I access the internet from the hotel?

Lepoussin Hotel has free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel.

What are the other hotel services?

TV with movie service on demand/Fitness room/Plunge pool/Breakfast room.

Which rooms are suitable for families?

Our room Family is suitable for families with one to two children. We can place an extra bed for a third and a fourth child.

Are you traveling with older children or do you want more comfort? In this case, book two rooms with door Communicating.

Are there baby cots in the rooms?

Yes, they are available to you free of charge. Simply specify in your reservation that you want a baby bed.

How do I change or cancel an existing reservation?

If your reservation was made with the flexible rate you can change or cancel it up to the deadline specified on your reservation.

If your reservation was made at the non-cancellable non-refundable rate, it cannot be changed or cancelled free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know: as soon as the cancellation is confirmed we will try to resell the room and will issue you a credit note of the value excluding commission at which we would have managed to resell it and valid for 1 year. All this is to be reconfirmed with us subject to the possibility on a case-by-case basis.

What is the check-in time?

The rooms are available from 15:00. If you arrive before 15:00, the lobby area remains accessible. We also provide you with drinks (tea/coffee). Luggage storage is available free of charge.

What is the check-out time?

Rooms must be vacated by 11 am. Your luggage can be stored for free after your check-out to allow you to enjoy your last day in Cannes.

Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Before your check-in or after your check-out, luggage storage is available free of charge.

Are early arrivals and late departures accepted?

Early arrivals and late departures are subject to room availability.
Late check-out is possible at an additional cost and subject to availability.

How do I get to the hotel?

Lepoussin Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Cannes, easily accessible by all means of transport.

Address: 1 Rue Le Poussin, 06400 Cannes.

Where can I park my car?

The hotel has an underground car park with 23 spaces, at an additional cost of €20 per vehicle and per day of parking. Three seats are equipped with electric charging stations. The maximum height of the car park is 1.90 m.

As spaces are limited, we advise you to reserve yours before your stay. The car park is not accessible to motorbikes. However, a space dedicated to bicycles is available.

You can also park in the city's car parks nearby. The nearest car park is Parking Vauban (3 Rue Raphaël, 06400 Cannes), located only a few minutes away on foot.

How far is the hotel from Cannes train station?

The hotel is located just a 7-minute walk from Cannes train station.

What are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30 every morning. Except for special offers, this service is not included with the room. The cost of breakfast is €19 for adults and €12 for children aged 4-12. It is free for children under 4.

Food intolerance or special diet: are there alternatives?

We will be happy to meet your personal needs and to concoct adapted alternatives for you. Please let us know about your intolerance and/or diet when booking.

The wellness area, including a fitness room, is free to use from 07:00 to 22:00 for all family members.
Access to the plunge pool is forbidden to children under 16 years of age.
For reasons of hygiene, we recommend wearing a short swimsuit.
