Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Quiet, clean, and small pets are allowed at the hotel at no extra charge. For larger animals, please contact the hotel in advance to check the feasibility of your request.

Are the rooms cleaned during the stay?

Your room is cleaned between 8:30 and 16:30. If you want the service at a more specific time, please let us know.

Can I park my car at the hotel?

The hotel has an underground car park at an additional cost of €15 per vehicle and day of parking. A charging station and valet parking are available. Places are limited, we advise you to reserve yours before your stay. You can also park in the station's car parks nearby.

The closest car park is Parking Vauban (3 Rue Raphaël, 06400 Cannes), located only a few minutes away from foot.

What are the accepted methods of payment?

You can pay with a Visa, AMEX, Maestro, Mastercard or cash card.

Can I smoke/vape in the hotel?

Smoking inside the Hotel Lepoussin is strictly forbidden. This ban is valid in the room and in all areas of the hotel, including the windows. A penalty of €350 will be charged if this ban is not respected.

Can I access the internet from the hotel?

Our hotel has a free wifi internet connection throughout the hotel.

Which rooms are suitable for families?

Our Rooms Family and Family Duplex are suitable for families with one to two children. The duplex rooms are located on two floors (mezzanine with open staircase and security gate). They include two bunk beds and two 90x200 beds. In some family rooms we can place an extra bed for a third and a fourth child.

Are you traveling with older children or do you want more comfort? In this case, book two rooms with a connecting door. On the village side, we offer combinations of up to four people, and on the valley side for up to five people.

Are there baby cots in the rooms?

Yes, they are available to you free of charge. Simply specify in your reservation that you want a baby bed.

How do I change or cancel an existing reservation?

Up to 15 days prior to arrival, your reservation can be cancelled or changed free of charge (except for the FIX rate and bookings between December 26 and January 2). Cancellation fees apply from 14 days prior to arrival.

What is the check-in time?

Rooms are available Starting at 16:00.

If you arrive before 16:00, the lobby area remains accessible.

We also provide you with drinks (tea/coffee).

Luggage storage is available free of charge.

What is the check-out time?

The rooms must be vacated by 11 am.

Your luggage can be stored for free after your check-out to allow you to enjoy your last day in Cannes.

Does the hotel have luggage storage?

Before your check-in or after your check-out, luggage storage is available free of charge.

Are Early Arrivals and Late Departures Accepted?

Early arrivals and late departures are subject to room availability.

Late check-out is possible at an additional cost and subject to availability.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open every day from 7 am to 11 pm. If you need to arrive after 23:00, please inform the hotel in advance.

Does the hotel have air conditioning?

Yes, all our rooms are air conditioned to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. On request, we can also provide you with a fan. Do not hesitate to contact our reception for any additional information.

Yes, it is possible to order a breakfast or lunch basket (for €15.00) the day before your departure at the latest before 6 pm.

What are the breakfast hours?

Served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., we offer quality products: pastries, breads, yogurts, fresh fruits, cereals, hot dishes, boiled or scrambled eggs, charcuteries, regional cheeses... Everything is there for you to choose between a balanced or more gourmet breakfast.

We offer numerous products that are free of lactose and gluten.

Is room service available for breakfast?

Yes, room service is available. You can order breakfast the day before at reception.

Food intolerance and special diet, are there alternatives?

We will be happy to meet your personal needs and to concoct the appropriate culinary delights for you. Please let us know about your intolerance and/or diet when booking.

Access to the wellness area is free from 10:00 to 20:00 for all family members.

Access to the pool is prohibited for children under 16 years of age.
